Even though we are a small school, we are always treated as if we are the most important customer. To CKC, we matter and we appreciate the professionalism and quality of service from the entire CKC staff.
Barbara Dotty, Food Manager, Stonebridge Community School
Nancy’s dedication to high quality nutritious food options for children and her commitment to above and beyond customer service makes her a valued partner of Hiawatha Academies. We see this same level of dedication and commitment in each CKC representative we interact with.

Annette Bauer, Public Relations Director, Salvation Army Northern Division
Nancy has so much knowledge in the school lunch area and she is willing to share that knowledge with me to make my school lunch program a success. Our school has used many caterers over the years but Nancy has, hands down, been the best we have worked with!
Monica Gihl, Food Service Director, Seven Hills Classical Academy
CKC did all the hard work in getting our menu certification processed. They came to our school and worked through all the details with us. Because of CKC, the process was very easy from the school’s perspective. In five years of working with CKC on commodities we have never had a problem. CKC walks us through the process each year and we always end with a revenue. The one year we worked with another food provider has convinced us that CKC is the best.
CKC does an awesome job. They have been extremely helpful in every area. They are always extremely accommodating to our special request lunches like the Chinese New Year and Black History Month cerebration meals. Nancy has personally worked with me to fine-tune the menu to be something healthy and that the students and adults will want to eat. In short, I can’t think of anything more they could be doing at this time to improve on the quality of service we receive.
The meals are delicious and the kids are enjoying the new menu so far. I’ve been lucky enough to partake of some leftovers, and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was absolutely scrumptious! I wanted to say THANK YOU and let you know the meals, and their high quality, are deeply appreciated.
