Laurie Yohn, SNS, DTR, CFPM has been named Director of Compliance for CKC Good Food. This newly created position is squarely in Laurie’s wheelhouse.
In the new position, Laurie will ensure the successful execution of CKC Good Food’s contract responsibilities and play a crucial role in guiding our client partners in USDA/Minnesota Department of Education and Minnesota Department of Health compliance requirements for food service programs. She will work closely with our client partners to ensure their USDA/MDE Administrative Reviews go smoothly from start to finish; civil rights and professional standards training requirements are fulfilled; Triennial Assessment Reports are completed; and HACCP, food safety and wellness plans are in place. She will also be compiling monthly budget recaps based on placed orders and USDA reimbursements to help client partners fine tune their daily orders to minimize waste and budget challenges.
Ed Harr, Scheduling Coordinator, will serve as the Client Services Manager to our offsite managed kitchens in addition to his current responsibilities.
Since much of their work ensures compliance with various government standards, the Client Services Managers will continue to report to Laurie.
