Throughout the year, the United States observes commemorative occasions: February is Black History Month, May is Asian-Pacific-American Month, May 5 is Cinco de Mayo, etc. Schools often use these commemorations for educational lessons for students. Extend those lessons to your cafeteria with CKC's special occasion meals!
If your school will be observing a special occasion and would like to serve a lunch tailored to your observation, contact Nancy at least 40 days ahead of the month in which the meal would be offered. We have menus for several observations and simply need to change your school's menu for the month in which it will be served.
