F2S Supplier Spotlight: Hastings Cooperative Creamery and Valley View Farms

For more than 100 years, Hastings Cooperative Creamery, located in Hastings, Minnesota, has been a farmer-owned cooperative. Founded in 1913 as a butter manufacturer, it began bottling milk in 1920, today under the name of Valley View Farms.

Valley View Farms has unmatched control of the end-product by sourcing all its raw milk directly and exclusively from it 100+ member-owners in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. From start to finish, Hastings Cooperative’s member-owners take great pride in delivering the freshest milk, free of artificial growth hormones.
