Founded in 1980 by brothers Joe and David Nathe, Riverside Farms in Elk River includes a garden center, green house, market and a 450-acre produce farm that grows sweet corn, cabbage, green peppers, summer and winter squash, and pumpkins. David, along with Joe's widow Maude, today co-own Riverside Farms and operate it with the help of Joe's sons Wholesale/Greenhouse Manager Eric Nathe and Farm/Produce Manager Bryan Nathe. David's daughter Ashley is also involved with the business. Each member of the team is passionate about sustainable farming practices and share a commitment to providing the freshest and highest quality produce and plants. They label every box of produce, “Quality that Counts.” They practice environmentally friendly farming methods and proper land stewardship. In addition to being used in CKC Good Food menus, you can find produce from Riverside Farms at Lund's & Byerly's, Cub and Subway!
