Director Wins National Industry Award

Ambika Senthilvel, Director of Strategic Planning, has won an Innovation Award from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals for her development of our proprietary Tagger system. The proprietary menu and logistics management system guides everything from procurement to daily food prep to delivery, helping reduce shortages, substitutions and cold storage fees due to excessive inventory.

The Innovation Award recognizes association members who enhance their nutrition and foodservice operations through technology, program development, nutrition, operations and/or creative use of financial management.

Ambika will be recognized at the association's annual conference in Reno, Nevada, June 10-13, 2024. The association is a national not-for-profit organization with more than 14,000 professionals.

We are so proud of Ambika for winning this national attention! With adept vision for strategic process improvements that benefit both CKC Good Food and our clients’ food service programs, Ambika is integral to CKC Good Food’s operational success. As Director of Strategic Planning, Ambika is responsible for identifying long-term operational initiatives and working with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. She also oversees menu creation and IT.

Congratulations, Ambika!
