CKC is continuously exploring new menu ideas to help keep students interested and participating in school meal programs at our client schools. We're in the midst of taste testing several possible new entrees for our 2017-2018 menus, with help from students and staff at some of our schools. The feedback we've received so far has been helpful for identifying the contenders and refining others that may have future potential. The taste tests are also giving us a chance to evaluate how both our scratch-cooked meals and prepared foods hold up through delivery and service.

These will make great additions to the wide variety of entrees on our current USDA-compliant menus.
So far, the buffalo chicken tenders and giant chicken poppers have been the students' favorite prepared meals -- but not for this guy. No words are necessary, in his case.
